Mind, Body & Soul Club

Mind, Body & Soul Club promotes  wellness for students through activities, demonstrations and information using self-care strategies.  The overall goal is to provide skills and knowledge so that students embrace challenges while maintaining their most healthy physical, mental and social needs.  WE WELCOME EVERYONE and INCLUDE ALL.  

So, if you are interested in obtaining harmony of your MIND, BODY and SPIRIT in a calm and peaceful atmosphere this club is for you.

Meetings will be held on Thursdays from 3 to 4 PM in Room C211.  Wear or bring your sneakers!
