    Preparing for Fall Sports 2026-2027

  • Hello, Maple Point families,

As the 2025-2026 spring sports season starts to wind down, it’s time to start thinking ahead to the 2026-2027 sports seasons. If your student(s) will be in 7th or 8th grade during the 2026-2027 school year, they are able to participate in school sports. Below is checklist for you to review to complete your student athlete’s registration.

The checklist contains QR codes and clickable links to the necessary forms.

    • The first step is to complete a Google Form submission for each student athlete you are signing up. The Google Form will allow us to get an idea of how many students will be coming out for each sport before the PIAA paperwork starts coming in and will also give you the Bucks County League’s start dates for each season. You should receive an emailed copy of your responses after completing the form and should also be able to edit your responses.
    • The second step is to compete the PIAA Comprehensive Initial Pre-Participation Physical Examination (CIPPE) and turn it in to the school or athletic director. You can submit the paper copy, or you can scan your paperwork and email it as a PDF to [email protected]. Please send all the initial paperwork together.

Schedules, season start dates, and similar information will also be added to the Maple Point Middle School Athletic Director page of the school’s website as the 2026-2027 school year approaches.

    Thank you,

    Mr. Trainer
